Who is Docket for?
Docket is for anyone that is looking to schedule appointments or manage clients. Many individuals and businesses can benefit from Docket, including personal trainers, yoga studios, spas or individuals just looking to manage their day-to-day appointments.
How much does it cost to use Docket?
Docket Individual (1 user account) paid monthly is $12.99/month CAD (or $8.99/month USD). Docket Individual (1 user account) paid annually is $115.99/year. Please note that all transaction fees are separate to the monthly subscription fee. Who is Docket Corporate for?
Docket Corporate is for organizations where multiple employees need access to a business client roster and calendar. In order to apply for our corporate account, a minimum of 2 users are required.
Which devices can Docket be used on?
Docket is currently available for iOS devices (iPhone & iPad) on Apple’s App Store.
Is Docket available for Android?
Docket is not currently available for Android users. However, we will be launching Docket Android in the near future.
I found a bug in the app - how do I report it?
Our development team relies on you (our users!) to help us improve Docket! If you’ve found a bug, or something isn’t working quite right, please tell the team using our Contact Form.
How does Docket support the BIPOC community?
Docket will be offering Black and Indigenous-owned businesses a free subscription for 6 months. Supporting Black and Indigenous-owned businesses helps close the racial wealth gap, creates jobs and opportunities and builds up communities.
